Founder's Background
Nicole Ramsey is a senior operations and PMO executive with more than 15 years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, banking, and regulated industries. She specializes in building centralized PMOs, designing enterprise execution frameworks, and driving organizational alignment in high-growth, high-complexity environments.
Most recently, Nicole built and led the Integration Management Office at Clari, where she created the company's first formal M&A integration function and delivered the full integration of Groove—a $36M ARR acquisition with more than 300 customers and 200 employees—while maintaining business continuity. Her governance models, reporting frameworks, and delivery structures became the template for future integrations.
Before Clari, she served as Sr. Director of Operations at Kong, operating as the company's centralized PMO and leading strategic planning, executive operations, metrics, and board-level reporting. She previously led NEC's global PMO for mission-critical biometric and public-sector programs, delivering complex deployments for government, aviation, and law-enforcement clients, including work with the U.S. Secret Service.
Earlier in her career, Nicole led bank integrations at F&M Bank, helped pioneer next-generation authentication technologies at cybersecurity innovator Nok Nok Labs, and managed multibillion-dollar M&A integrations at Symantec across the U.S., UK, Australia, and Germany.
Nicole holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management.
